Liz holds a Masters of Social worker and a professional membership with Manitoba College of Social Workers.
With over a decade of experience in the counselling field, she is a dedicated and compassionate professional specializing in counseling children and adolescents. As a Registered Social Worker, she has extensive expertise in helping people navigate complex emotional challenges such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, suicidal ideation, self-harm, and parent-child stressors, including attachment issues.
Drawing on a person-centered approach, she is committed to creating a supportive and non-judgmental space where clients can build meaningful connections, gain a deeper understanding of their emotions, and develop practical skills to overcome their difficulties. By working closely with clients and their families, she empowers them to achieve their goals, improve relationships, and enhance their overall well-being.
Through a combination of evidence-based interventions, empathy, and a passion for mental health advocacy, Liz aims to make a positive difference in the lives of children, adolescents, individual adults and their families.
