Liz holds a Masters of Social worker and a professional membership with Manitoba College of Social Workers.
With over a decade of experience in the counseling field, Liz is a dedicated and compassionate counselor focused on helping individuals and families heal from the effects of trauma. Specializing in a trauma and attachment-based approach, Liz works closely with clients to support them through life’s most difficult challenges, including depression, PTSD, anxiety, ADHD, suicidal ideation, self-harm, and parent-child stressors, with a particular focus on attachment issues.
