Massage therapy is the manual manipulation of soft body tissues (muscle, connective tissue, tendons and ligaments) to enhance a person's health and well-being. There are dozens of types of massage therapy methods (also referred to as modalities).
Our Massage Therapists can help you with structural concerns in the way of soft tissue damage, injury, chronic disease, pain management, impaired mobility and for general relaxation purposes. To combine the two via our relaxing and supportive environment.

Denise Loewen
RMT
Denise has been interested in the body's functions and ability all her life, she supported her study and practice by working as an Electrician. Over the years, she studied, lived and attained certificates/diplomas in; Reiki, Reflexology, Thai Massage, Yoga and Nutrition.
Upon completion of study at the Massage Therapy College of Manitoba in 2016, Denise also added Registered Advanced Massage Therapist to this list of training.
Denise operates Springfield Wellness Centre, offers massage therapy, and teaches yoga classes.
Arielle Lambert
RMT
Arielle is an RMT and she is passionate about helping people get back to active lifestyles through rehabilitation and remedial exercise. "I love working with clients and not on them," she says. She accomplishes this by educating people about their bodies and setting obtainable goals. Arielle learned the value of athletic therapy through her own active lifestyle. She has competed in numerous events throughout life including her first half marathon by the age of 12 and has been playing rugby since in 10th grade and represent Manitoba three times. Throughout her diverse and comprehensive athletic career, Arielle has contended with injuries from time to time. Fortunately, rehab and remedial exercise has allowed her to continue living an active lifestyle to the fullest.
Dana Kolach
RMT Decongestive Therapy and MLD
Dana graduated from Mount Royal College Institute of Massage Therapy in 1998 and the Massage Therapy College of Manitoba in 2002. In 2008 she completed a Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of Manitoba and has completed additional therapeutic training in Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Craniosacral Therapy, Myofascial Cupping and Prenatal
Massage. Over the years Dana has worked in a variety of environments in both Canada and the Caribbean. Having recently returned from managing a spa in the Turks and Caicos, Dana is focused on creating a practice that builds on her broad base of knowledge, training and experience.

Hello, I'm Brett Jewell, a passionate Registered Massage Therapist on a journey to merge my love for wellness with the art of healing touch. My fascination with the human body began long before my formal studies. As an avid fitness enthusiast, I've explored various modalities to optimize physical performance and mental well-being. From intense workouts to serene yoga sessions and soul-nourishing hikes, I've experienced firsthand the transformative power of movement and relaxation.
My journey into massage therapy is deeply rooted in a desire to help others unlock their bodies' innate potential for healing and balance. Guided by curiosity and compassion, I'm committed to honing my skills to provide personalized care tailored to each individual's unique needs.
Beyond massage, I'm drawn to the holistic approach of Eastern medicine. I excited to soon pursue certification in acupuncture to complement my massage practice and offer a comprehensive range of therapeutic options to my clients.
I'm thrilled to be on this path of learning and growth, and I look forward to partnering with you on your journey to optimal health and vitality.
Lindsay Polnick

I graduated from Evolve College of Massage Therapy, class of 2023. Trained in Swedish massage, myofascial release, structural therapy techniques, joint mobilizations, sports massage - pre/post event, trigger point work, scar tissue release, remedial exercises, stretching including PNF/manual and active assisted.
I have learned about many different dysfunctions, the treatments and the techniques to help each client with their individual needs.
In my spare time I enjoy cooking, spending time outdoors, waterslides and traveling. I look forward to continuing my education and learning new modalities such as cupping, Thai massage and lymphatic drainage and to be apart of this amazing team here at Springfield Wellness.
Sonia Molyneux

Sonia became a Registered Massage Therapist after earning her diploma from the Alberta College of Massage Therapy (ACMT) in Edmonton. Completing 2200 hours of training, she graduated in 2022 and is a member of the Canadian Massage and Manual Osteopathic Therapists Association (CMMOTA). Like most women, with the constant pressures of every day life, and wearing so many different “hats”, she realized the importance & need for self-love.
Sonia enjoys all aspects of being a massage therapist , offering Swedish Relaxation, Therapeutic Massage and deep tissue. She has earned certifications in pre & post natal, hot stone, myofascial cupping, oncology , gua-sha, madero and aromatouch therapies. She loves to continually learn new techniques and modalities and always has a course on the go! Sonia is passionate about improving her clients’ quality of life, while reducing pain and stress in a relaxing environment. She believes the benefits of massage go beyond the physical level, with positive effects both mentally and spiritually. She has a strong belief massage is both beneficial to her clients while being equally nurturing for her. In her spare time, Sonia enjoys a wide variety of thing in her life, from walking her dog Axel and spending time with her husband and family, to paddleboarding, biking, skiing, scuba diving, travelling or just watching Netflix. Spending time with family and friends is the most important thing in life as well as having a career she is passionate about. Life is to be enjoyed and experienced every day and she hopes to help her clients live their best lives through massage therapy.
