She accomplishes this by educating people about their bodies and setting obtainable goals. Arielle learned the value of athletic therapy through her own active lifestyle. She has competed in numerous events throughout life including her first half marathon by the age of 12 and has been playing rugby since in 10th grade and represent Manitoba three times. Fortunately, rehab and remedial  exercise has allowed her to continue living an active lifestyle to the fullest.

Lindsay Folmes, Reflexologist

My name is Lindsay Folmes and I am your certified Reflexologist. I am a wife to an amazing and supportive husband, together we have two kids, one girl and one boy, along with our two huge dogs. Our family passion is riding dirt bikes and racing in hare scrambles around Manitoba. I have been a stay at home mom since my daughter was born in 2012, and now my son starts Kindergarten next year, so I have decided to live out my dream and get back in the work force with a passion of my own. Reflexology came to me when I researched the ways that it can help others. Knowing that people who suffer from minor ailments to people who are going through chemotherapy can benefit from Reflexology is what got me involved. I am on the right track to have a healthier lifestyle and I want to help others in their lifestyle too.
