For this summer classes will be held out doors in Oakbank's Lion's Park

Pre- Enrolment is a must to ensure to ensure classes have enough students to warrant a continuation.  The classes directly below run for four weeks beginning July 3rd-Aug 30th.

Yes this is daytime, we may have a thursday evening available and there is a saturday morning session in august.

No massage experience necessary.

Pricing and other details -

PRICING - These prices include GST 

The following applies to regularly scheduled classes held in studio, please see above for the summer 2020 outdoor schedule and pricing.

  • Drop-in  = $15.75
  • 10 class pass   = $111
  • 18 class pass = $175.5
  • 6 class pass   =  $78
  • Pass is valid for the 10 week session only.  If you have to miss a class you may lend your pass to a friend in order to ensure you get your money’s worth.
  • Your pass can be used at any of the regularly scheduled yoga classes so you have the option of attending more than once a week to make up missed classes or just for fun.  We ask you to pre-register only so that we have an idea as to interest.
  • If you use your pass up before the end of the 11 week session by attending more than once a week we will pro rate the remaining classes for you – ie. with three weeks remain in the session you can purchase another three classes at $33.
  • A minimum of 5 students must register in order to warrant running a class. Once a class fills drop-ins will be allowed.
  • Maximum 15 people may attend each class so if you are a drop in please confirm space is available.
  • Once a class meets the minimum requirements you will be notified, pre-payment can be sent to the studio, we also accept etransfer.
  • Springfield Wellness passes are not transferable to the Cooks Creek classes, if they want to make up a missed class Dugald class at cooks creek you must make up the cost difference, ie, bring $3

Upcoming winter 2020 classes run in two 10 week sessions, we sill break for June and then resume for another eight week session in the summer.
